PreSales Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical PreSales Engineer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be the technical bridge between our sales team and our customers, providing expert product knowledge and tailored solutions to meet client needs.

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concepts to showcase our solutions' capabilities
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations to potential clients
• Respond to technical questions and provide expert advice during the sales process
• Assist in creating customized proposals and technical documentation
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events
• Provide technical training and support to both internal teams and customers
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and product roadmaps
• Travel within Saudi Arabia and potentially to other Middle Eastern countries as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a PreSales or similar technical role within the IT industry
• Strong technical knowledge of relevant products and solutions
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in creating technical demonstrations and proof of concepts
• Familiarity with sales methodologies and the ability to support the sales process
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Effective project management skills
• Knowledge of current industry trends and emerging technologies
• Understanding of various IT infrastructures and architectures
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CISSP, AWS, Azure) are a plus
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and potentially to other Middle Eastern countries
