Impact In This Role

We are seeking a results-oriented Pricing Manager with a strong background in pricing analytics, and optimization to join our product team. In this role, you will own the roadmap for pricing capabilities across our e-commerce service offerings, ensuring competitive positioning, margin optimization, and alignment with customer value. You will work closely with stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations to define and execute pricing strategies that drive revenue growth.

You will report to the Senior Vice President, Fictiv

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Pricing Strategy Development – Define, test, and implement pricing strategies for e-commerce and enterprise service offerings to maximize profitability and market competitiveness
  • Data-Driven Pricing Analysis – Analyze transaction data, customer segments, competitive benchmarks, and market trends to inform pricing decisions
  • Pricing Model Ownership – Develop and maintain pricing frameworks, discount models, and packaging options for products and services
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with product, sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align pricing with product value propositions and go-to-market strategies
  • Competitive & Market Research – Monitor competitor pricing and industry benchmarks; assess implications for our pricing strategy
  • Revenue Impact Assessment – Forecast revenue and margin impacts of pricing changes; present recommendations to senior leadership
  • Customer Insights – Gather customer feedback on pricing models and work to improve perceived value and purchasing experience
  • Sales Win/Loss Analysis – Systematically gather and analyze feedback from customers to identify key factors influencing purchasing decisions
  • Drive Implementation of Automated Pricing – Provide requirements to our engineering teams to update automated price calculation solutions
  • Tools & Systems – Collaborate with engineering and data teams to enhance pricing tools, automation, and reporting capabilities

Desired Traits

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • 3–5 years of pricing management, product management, or business analytics experience in e-commerce or SaaS
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, including Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and/or BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize quantitative data with qualitative insights to make informed pricing decisions
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills; ability to work with both technical and business teams
  • Solid understanding of margin management and financial impact of pricing decisions
  • Experience running A/B tests or pricing experiments in e-commerce or enterprise contexts

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing supply chain environments, as many of our customers operate in complex, cost-sensitive markets
  • Familiarity with cost-based pricing models, BOM (Bill of Materials) cost analysis, or product lifecycle cost modeling

Salary Range: $140,000 to $170,000 per year
