The Pricing Strategy Lead owns pricing logic, packaging strategy, and revenue optimization.
This role determines how value is captured.
Design scalable pricing frameworks
Align pricing with cost-to-deliver realities
Increase margin while preserving competitiveness
Standardize discount governance
Design product tiering and packaging logic
Define usage-based, subscription, and hybrid pricing models
Align RM/CI delivery economics with client pricing
Analyze win/loss and discount patterns
Establish approval frameworks for custom pricing
Identify expansion and upsell monetization pathways
Conduct competitive benchmarking
Maintain pricing defensibility across segments
