About Project:
In this role, you will provide technical direction for complex systems, shape engineering standards, and support a talented group of software and QA engineers — without direct line management responsibilities.
Your work will combine hands-on engineering, technical guidance, and mentorship, with a strong focus on modern AI-driven approaches to code generation, software integrations, and developer productivity.
You will be:
designing scalable, high-performance solutions within the AI-enhanced integrations domain,
defining and enforcing coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across teams,
mentoring and guiding engineers to grow their skills, with emphasis on AI-first engineering practices,
contributing hands-on to sprint goals through feature implementation and maintenance,
evaluating emerging AI and developer-tooling technologies, and advocating for their adoption,
collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical deliverables.
