The Opportunity
As one of our early software engineers, you'll have broad ownership and the chance to shape core systems from the ground up. We’re building everything from data ingestion and measurement pipelines, to analytics and visualizations, to infrastructure and machine learning tools.
This is a hands-on, full-stack role that requires versatility, initiative, and a builder’s mindset. You’ll help define our engineering standards, develop foundational components of the platform, and contribute to a fast-evolving set of user experiences powered by AI-assisted ingestion and analytics. We are looking for someone who has passion, high energy, and the grit to deal with the ambiguity and change we face every day. No task is too small, and nothing is not your job. We need everyone to act like an owner and treat this business like their very own.

- Technically strong and intellectually curious
- Passionate about building software that solves real-world problems
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by challenge
- Willing to dive into any layer of the stack and wear multiple hats

This is a great fit for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, embraces ownership, and wants to work alongside a mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement core components of our software platform
- Build and evolve scalable data pipelines and backend systems
- Set standards for code quality, testing, and CI/CD
