Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to join our team and help implement, optimize, and maintain ERP systems. The ideal candidate is a Japanese native having strong technical expertise, business process knowledge, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for ERP integration and improvement.
• Lead ERP implementation projects, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Customize ERP modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users for effective system utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues promptly.
• Stay updated on ERP trends, best practices, and new functionalities.
