- Core design including sense amplifier and/or word line driver and decoder

- Analog circuit design like op-amp and charge pump

- Logic design like command decoder and sequencer with Verilog language

- High speed data-path design and interface circuit design

- Developing programs to help with design automation, integrating EDA tool to design environment
