This role requires being in the office once per week.

 

The Role

As Pebl's dedicated Partner Marketing Manager you will own all aspects of partner marketing,from strategy through execution and measurement for referral, reseller and integration partners. You'll work cross-functionally alongside the Partnerships team to identify, attract and activate new partners; the Marketing team to extend campaigns, co-branded events and content; and the Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations teams to ensure tracking, attribution and reporting are fully in place.

This role is for a seasoned B2B marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment and has a track record of building partner marketing programs end to end.

 

What You'll Do

Partner Go-to-Market

  • Plan and execute co-branded campaigns, content and events that drive shared pipeline and brand awareness.
  • Work with partner managers to define and launch integrated campaigns.
  • Manage partner visibility across our website, marketing materials, and event initiatives.

Partner Enablement

  • Develop and deliver partner training programs and educational content focused on our Employer of Record (EOR) and platform offerings.
  • Design promotional and educational initiatives that equip partners to effectively position Pebl's services and drive referrals.
  • Create and maintain the partner marketing toolkit (sales decks, one-pagers, email templates, demo resources).
  • Partner with RevOps/Sales Enablement to deliver internal field activation programs that equip Pebl sellers to attach and co-sell partner solutions (SQC alignment, deal registration workflows, playbooks).
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops and RevOps to ensure end-to-end tracking and attribution of partner-sourced leads and campaigns.
  • Support the partner lifecycle from onboarding to activation to ongoing engagement with defined metrics and reporting.
  • Manage partner communications including newsletters, promotional calendars and internal partner announcements.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of total marketing experience in a B2B environment with at least 4 years specifically in partner marketing or ecosystem marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing co-marketing campaigns with referral, reseller or integration partners.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to align partnerships, marketing and operations to drive results.
  • Strategic mindset paired with solid hands-on execution ability.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to clearly tell a story and engage partners.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM and partner management platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo etc) preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.
