In this role, you will lead growth strategy for a complex, enterprise-grade developer platform used by highly technical teams. You will operate at the intersection of product-led growth and sales-assisted motions, driving measurable adoption and expansion without compromising trust, security, or governance. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, combining data-driven experimentation with thoughtful product design. You will influence how users discover value, move from onboarding to adoption, and expand usage over time. Working closely with product, engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams, you will shape experiences that scale from early adoption to repeatable enterprise growth. The environment is collaborative, remote-first, and focused on impact and continuous learning.
Accountabilities:
Own the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, adoption, retention, and conversionIdentify, prioritize, and execute high-impact growth initiatives using product analytics, experimentation, and customer insightsDesign and ship in-product experiences that reduce time-to-value for developers, platform teams, and enterprise stakeholdersLead experimentation efforts across onboarding, trials, packaging, entitlements, and usage-based signalsPartner closely with product, engineering, design, data, marketing, and sales to align product-led and sales-assisted growth motionsDefine and track success metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, and expansionInfluence roadmap and investment decisions by tying growth insights to clear customer and business outcomesAct as a thought partner and mentor, raising the bar for growth product practices across the organizationRequirements:
8 or more years of product management experience, with deep ownership of growth or product-led initiativesProven track record driving growth for developer tools, DevOps platforms, infrastructure products, or B2B SaaSStrong experience operating in enterprise or hybrid product-led and sales-led environmentsAdvanced skills in product analytics, funnel analysis, and experiment designAbility to translate ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable resultsExcellent cross-functional leadership and communication skillsSystems-level thinking across UX, onboarding, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market motionsComfort working with technical products and highly technical audiencesGrowth mindset with curiosity, resilience, and a bias toward iteration and learningExposure to AI-powered capabilities or pricing and consumption-based models is a plusBenefits:
