In this role, you will drive the overall product strategy and ensure critical synergies with other product areas. Your work will enable effective collaboration with customers, partners, and various internal teams. By defining product vision and release requirements, you will help articulate the market position of the offerings. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to improving operational efficiencies and elevating customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities

Define the complete set of product requirements by engaging with customers and other internal stakeholders

Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning, road mapping, and feature design to development support and go-to-market strategy

Own the product vision and roadmap for direct procurement focusing on upstream procurement processes

Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between different product areas and the wider organization

Specify market requirements through market research and close collaboration with customers and prospects

Collaborate with engineering during all phases of development including design, build, and testing

Continually assess the competitive market position of the products

Present polished presentations to stakeholders and customers

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Product Management, Consulting, or Supply Chain/Procurement Solutions

Strong consulting background implementing upstream/direct procurement processes for manufacturing customers

Deep domain expertise in direct material procurement and managing materials master

Proven ability to convert process knowledge into product capabilities

Experience integrating ERP with procurement solutions and working with enterprise SaaS platforms

BA/BS in Computer Science or related fields, with a strong Direct Material background being a plus

Experience with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong fundamentals in application development, Agile software development, Jira, and Confluence
