As the Principal at Sage Alliance, you will lead a private special education school with purpose, compassion, and clarity, building a safe therapeutic learning community where students, educators, and clinicians grow together in support of each learner’s potential.

What You’ll Need

• Master’s degree in education with an active principal's license

• Deep knowledge of special education populations and therapeutic school settings

• Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary educational teams

• Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to ethical leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What You’ll Do

• Lead and nurture a safe, respectful, and therapeutic learning community

• Collaborate with educational and clinical leaders to design and implement school programs

• Oversee instructional quality, IEP implementation, and staff performance

• Guide staff and student development through coaching, evaluation, and reflection

• Manage school operations including budgeting, discipline, and community partnerships
