Your Role in This Adventure

• Create unforgettable culinary memories: menus inspired by the seasons, local markets, and French terroirs.
• Personalize every experience: cater to preferences and dietary needs with creativity and elegance.
• Share your passion: interact with guests, guide them through regional markets, and showcase the richness of French gastronomy.
• Elevate every moment: from gourmet breakfasts to refined dinners, including delicate amuse-bouches for aperitifs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability.
• Strong organizational skills and compliance with hygiene standards.
• A solid understanding of wine basics and proper service is essential to deliver a refined and authentic experience to our guests.
• Enjoy guest interaction and sharing your expertise.
• Fluent communication in English and in French both
