We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs, negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices, and oversee the procurement process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing innovative procurement strategies

Ensuring strong stakeholder, supplier management, and contract management processes

Conducting effective supplier and pricing comparisons from multiple sources to recommend the most efficient solution

Informing requestors about the proceeding of their request throughout the process

Evaluating supplier performance and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise

Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, pricing, and supplier information

Requirements

2+ years of relevant work experience

Experience in managing multiple deliverables and high-priority tasks

Excellent command of English

Ability to use appropriate and professional language with various stakeholders

Strong knowledge of MS Office

Passion and interest in games

Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
