Product Designer - Jackpot

We’re looking for a Product Designer to shape the future of our Jackpot experience, creating thrilling, visually captivating, and intuitive moments that keep users engaged and excited to play.

As a key member of our team, you’ll design seamless end-to-end experiences — from the anticipation of entering a jackpot to the exhilaration of a big win. You’ll leverage our comprehensive design system to bring consistency and polish to every interaction, conduct user research to uncover what drives excitement, and use data to refine and optimize the impact of your designs.

Your mission: craft an unforgettable jackpot journey that captures attention, builds anticipation, and celebrates every win in a way that feels truly rewarding.

What You'll be doing:

• Work on data-inspired and customer-centric products
• Work within the product team in a in a cross-functional environment to define and solve customers' and business needs
• Conduct research and bring forward new findings to reach goals and detect opportunities for improvements
• Run usability testing to come up with solutions that truly solve customer needs
• Design products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail
• Work with and contribute to the design system
• Create and validate UX deliveries like user flows, journeys, and information architectures
• Iterate and present design solutions to team members
• Lead or actively participate in the efforts of product discovery
• Together with team members, monitor the performance of the release, identify learnings and find ways to enhance it
• Own your professional growth and help other team members by providing feedback and mentorship
• Foster a collaborative and creative culture within the design team and across the company

We are looking for someone who has:

• A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
• Strong design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms
• Strong UI skills and clean visual design sense
• The ability to think on high levels in product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions
• Ability to make data-supported recommendations
• To be a constant learner and willingness to learn and grow as a person and as a professional
• Love to solve problems and be challenged
• The ability to understand technical implications in design decisions
• Strong UX focus and understanding of human behavior
• Experience in research and understanding of how research shapes a good product
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal

Nice to have:

• Motion design skills to create dynamic interactions and animations that enhance usability and delight users.
• Experience in using and/or designing sports or betting apps
• Experience in various UX research methods (quantitative and qualitative)
• Experience in working with design systems
• Creating and/or illustrating icons
