Product Designer

This position is onsite at our office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

We’re looking for a Product Designer with strong product thinking and design skills to independently own and improve specific products.
In this role, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and testing product improvements - especially for digital signage experiences - from idea to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of improving or fully designing assigned products or features, from ideation to implementation and iteration.
• Apply product thinking to turn problems and ideas into intuitive user experiences and interfaces.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Translate problems and insights into clear UX, UI, and graphic design solutions.
• Test and iterate designs on real devices/screens to ensure clarity and usability.
• Balance user experience, visual clarity, and business goals in design decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering for implementation when needed, while driving design direction independently.

Requirements

• Strong product mindset - able to think like a Product Manager and execute like a Designer.

• Solid experience in UX/UI design and Graphic Design.
• Ability to handle design work end-to-end, from research to final design.
• Proficiency in Figma (Photoshop or similar tools is a plus).
• Comfortable working independently and owning decisions and outcomes.
• Experience designing for screen-based products or digital signage is a strong plus.
