Product Designer UI/UX

We are looking for a Product UI/UX Designer to join one of our projects for developing a CRM platform. This is a hybrid position, for one of our offices in Vinnytsia, Ukraine; Yerevan, Armenia or Warsaw, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create & design intuitive user interfaces and engaging interaction patterns
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
• Invent innovative concepts through sketches and prototypes
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and the product team to ensure design feasibility and execution

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer
• Degree in Visual Communication or Interactive Design or equivalent
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design and UX skills
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience in animation or illustration – a plus
• Strong understanding of digital design for web, marketing, brand, and multimedia
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
