Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Overall PlanningOwn the overall product strategy, roadmap, and long-term planning for the company’s general product linesTranslate business objectives into clear, actionable product directions and prioritiesMake informed trade-offs and balance across trading, growth, account systems, and end-user experience to maximize ROI on resource allocation Product Lines & Business ExecutionDevelop a deep understanding of the business model and work closely with Business, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure products are successfully launched and deliver measurable business outcomesTeam Management & Capability BuildingBuild and lead the general product team, including hiring, developing, and performance management of product managersEstablish product methodologies and operating mechanisms to prompote overall professionalism and delivery efficiencyTake hands-on ownership of critical initiatives when needed, acting as the primary accountable owner to drive resolution of complex problemsCross-functional Collaboration & ExecutionCollaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve cross-team dependenciesDrive decision-making in complex organizational environments and ensure product direction is not overly dilutedOwn product outcomes, continuously track core metrics, and drive ongoing optimization
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above; background in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred8+ years of product experience, including 3–5+ years of product team management experienceExperience with complex product ecosystems; familiarity with trading products, account systems, or B2B back-office platforms is a strong plusAbility to understand technical implementation, user experience, and business objectives simultaneously, with strong judgment and decision-making skillsHighly results-oriented, with the ability to execute effectively in fast-paced, high-uncertainty environments
