At Cardless, we’re building a credit card and loyalty platform that consumer businesses use to engage their customers. We’ve launched 14 credit cards, including for Alibaba and Qatar Airways. We help businesses bring imaginative card programs to life, and have pioneered technology to embed credit card features natively into their products.
We value curiosity, humility, and intensity — we move fast and take ownership. This is a place where a motivated, resourceful individual can have an enormous impact on our trajectory. What You’ll Do:
Take a nascent, simple-sounding project, flesh it out, and push it through the exhilarating/excruciating process of development and launch.
Move from uninformed simplicity, to informed complexity, and ultimately to informed simplicity. Rinse and repeat.
Own 2–3 complex projects at a time, each at different stages. Your success will hinge on delivering quickly and at high quality.
Celebrate the little wins too - we get customer feedback every day and deploy multiple times a week.
Support our roadmap, sprint planning, and long-term vision.
Requirements:
Preferred experience. You have 4+ years of product management experience and a track record of building amazing fintech products. You know what great looks like, and you love the process. Attention to detail. You care about making really great things – and can think through problems at a deep level. You know the magic is in the details – but you also know when to be scrappy and move fast.
Effective in high-stakes rooms. You're comfortable in conversation with a wide array of stakeholders, even when the stakes are high. You value good preparation and a positive attitude. Ideally, you have experience working with large institutional customers / stakeholders.
-
Interdisciplinary curiosity. You can get "nerdy" about a wide range of topics (in fintech and beyond). You're intellectually confident and humble: You admit when you don't know something. You listen, and ask great questions..
