Accountabilities

Establish a clear product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with strategic goals

Develop a product roadmap prioritizing features based on client needs and market trends

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and understand national and regional priorities

Support delivery teams by providing vision and features necessary for effective execution

Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the Client Portal space

Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision-making

Requirements

8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred

Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience is essential
