This high-impact role drives end-to-end discovery, defines product strategy, and leads the build from MVP to scale. You will also assemble and guide a dedicated squad, shaping the future of credit offerings in a key new business area.

What you will do:

• Drive end-to-end discovery, defining and validating new credit product opportunities.

• Lead the build and launch of new credit initiatives, from MVP to full-scale deployment.

• Assemble, mentor, and guide a dedicated product squad focused on installment loan development.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a focus on credit or lending products.

• Demonstrated ability to lead product strategy, from ideation through to market launch.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in building and guiding cross-functional teams.
