What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve the data engineering product roadmap aligned with business OKRs.
- Enhance data accessibility and usability across enterprise platforms.
- Apply product thinking to improve the data consumer experience.
- Collaborate across teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage sprint execution.
- Stay ahead of trends in data engineering, governance, and AI-first practices.
- Use KPIs and OKRs to measure success and guide trade-off decisions.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of product management experience in technical domains like platform engineering or developer tooling.
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Redshift, BigQuery, Hive, Kafka, Airflow, etc.).
- Strong understanding of data infrastructure and consumer pain points.
- Proven ability to prioritize backlogs and write clear, actionable user stories.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Rally, or Trello.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for solving complex problems.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance product management and data engineering outcomes.

Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $112,000 to $139,000 or more depending on experience.
