Product Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of features and projects from discovery through delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support. The ideal candidate will be able to juggle between day-to-day execution, while keeping in mind our users and business objectives, all while maintaining positive and collaborative relationships.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Execution oriented - you get things done and take ownership of your work, from start to finish, while getting down to the smallest detail.
• Self-starter - you are curious, take initiative, and are capable of figuring things out on your own.
• People person - you are collaborative, low-ego, and enjoy building positive relationships across teams.
• Technical savvy - you can comfortably communicate with developers and understand technical tradeoffs.
• Data-driven and analytical thinker - you know how to dig into data, make sense of it, and use it to guide your decisions.
• User-focused - you care about solving real problems for users and are willing to dig in and research.
• Organized project leader - you can define goals, manage milestones, and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key features and projects, from concept to execution and iteration.
• Write clear product requirements and user stories, and ensure UI/UX design is aligned.
• Partner with engineers, designers, and other teams to ship high-quality products on time.
• Analyze data to understand user behavior, product performance, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage project timelines and ensure cross-functional alignment throughout the development cycle.
• Gather and prioritize needs from internal and external sources to ensure business goal are met.
• Act as the glue between teams, fostering effective communication, collaboration, and clarity.
