Product Manager – Growth

Responsibilities

• Own user growth strategy for the AI Agent product across the full funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, engagement).

• Design and run product-led growth experiments, including A/B tests on onboarding, features, messaging, and pricing.

• Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Content to ship growth experiments fast.

• Use data and insights to continuously improve user experience and growth outcomes.

• Package complex AI capabilities into intuitive, high-perceived-value user experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Growth-focused roles.

• Strong data intuition with hands-on experience running experiments and analyzing funnels.

• Proven ability to turn user behavior insights into concrete product improvements.

• High bar for UX, interaction, and visual design quality.

• Strong interest in lowering the learning curve and adoption barrier of AI products.
