As the iOS Product Manager for the Buyer and Seller Experience at 1stDibs, you'll be the driving force behind the end to end experience on our buyer and seller apps.. You'll own critical parts of our platform, shaping a strategic roadmap and leading a talented, cross-functional team to fuel scalable growth. Your main goal will be to build features that create a frictionless and engaging experience for both our buyers and sellers.

What you'll do

  • Develop and champion the strategy and A/B testing roadmap for key buyer and seller experience features on our iOS app.
  • Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and define clear requirements, goals, and success metrics for new features.
  • Synthesize user research, market analysis, analytics, and community feedback into actionable product insights and requirements.
  • Partner closely with design, research, and engineering teams to build, test, and iterate on core features.
  • Act as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to launch new product initiatives while keeping the app at parity with web features.

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with a focus on e-commerce and native mobile applications.
  • A track record of planning, directing, and executing product roadmaps that deliver tangible business results.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and tell a compelling story.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of dissecting complex issues and collaborating across different teams to find effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in analytical skills, including SQL, to analyze data, identify opportunities, and evaluate feature performance to make informed decisions and trade-offs.

Our overall compensation package is made of several parts, base compensation being one of them. Tri-State Pay Range
$150,000$188,000 USD

Remote home office-based employees outside of the tri-state area are eligible for the following salary range.

Total Compensation Statement 

1stDibs views the value of the employees’ compensation package in its totality. The package may comprise base salary, variable compensation (either equity or cash, where applicable), and health and work-life benefits, and is reviewed annually. Ultimately, we'll determine your pay based on your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
