Why work at Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.

Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&D team.

The role

We are seeking a (Senior) Product Manager for the Nebius Marketplace, who will lead the strategy and development of our cloud marketplace platform. In this role, you will learn our partners’ requirements in depth and transform them into impactful product features and enhancements, driving a vibrant partner ecosystem on Nebius. You will define the marketplace roadmap and ensure that our marketplace meets the needs of both partners (who provide solutions) and customers (who deploy them).

This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution. You should be technical enough to understand which features can be delivered quickly and which will require more time and investment, allowing you to effectively prioritize and plan the product roadmap. The ideal candidate has solid product management experience, preferably combined with a (semi-)technical background in cloud services or SaaS. You are comfortable discussing technical details with engineers, gauging implementation effort, and orchestrating execution across cross-functional teams to deliver results. If you are excited about building a world-class cloud marketplace and bridging partner needs with innovative product capabilities, this role is for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define and own the vision and product roadmap for the Nebius Marketplace, aligning it with company objectives and partner needs.
  • Translate partner requirements and feedback into clear product specifications and features on the marketplace roadmap, ensuring we continually enhance partner and customer experience.
  • Engage directly with users and partners to understand needs, validate ideas, and drive product–market fit.
  • Orchestrate execution across cross-functional teams – collaborate closely with engineering (developers), design/UI, business development, legal, and billing/finance teams – to deliver new marketplace features on time and ensure all stakeholder requirements (e.g. compliance, contracts, pricing) are met.
  • Prioritize feature development based on impact and feasibility, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic investments. Use your technical insight to determine what can be delivered quickly versus what needs longer-term planning.
  • Monitor the market landscape to identify trends, competitive moves, and new opportunities for the Nebius Marketplace. Ensure our marketplace remains competitive and offers unique value in the cloud ecosystem.
  • Analyze marketplace performance metrics (e.g. partner adoption, customer usage, conversion rates) to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements. Leverage data to make informed decisions and refine the product strategy.

We expect you to have:

  • Proven product management experience (around 5+ years), ideally in cloud platforms, enterprise software, or B2B marketplace products. A track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • (Semi-)technical background or experience working closely with cloud providers, infrastructure platforms, or developer tools – this enables you to confidently discuss technical trade-offs, understand APIs/integrations, and assess implementation effort for new features.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency with product usage metrics, experiment design, and KPIs. Ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and measure product success.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills. Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams (engineering, design, business, etc.) and to articulate ideas and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative, partner-first mindset with a passion for creating great user experiences. You can empathize with partner needs and are committed to building solutions that benefit both our partners and customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree or technical education is a plus. (A solid educational background in computer science, engineering, or related field is beneficial.)

It will be an added bonus if you have:

  • Experience with cloud marketplaces or partner ecosystems. Prior involvement in launching or managing a marketplace platform (e.g. an app store or cloud service marketplace) is a huge plus, as is familiarity with how third-party solutions are integrated and sold on cloud platforms.
  • Cloud industry expertise. Hands-on experience in a cloud computing or SaaS company (especially in the AI/ML domain) will help you hit the ground running in understanding Nebius’s context and opportunities.
  • Technical depth. While not required to code, any background in software engineering or architecture gives you extra credibility and insight when working with our development teams.
