We’re searching for a Product Manager to lead Spotify’s Podcast Promotions squad, equipping creator teams to drive targeted growth in audience engagement and to deepen fan relationships. In this role, you’ll define and deliver the product strategy for our suite of promotional tools for creators and publishers, giving customers actionable, data-driven ways to drive targeted growth for video and audio content among key audiences, in key moments, in support of their business goals. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, design, product insights, and business stakeholders to evolve Spotify’s promotion proposition as part of our creator monetization ecosystem and shape the future of creator-led growth tools.

The United States base range for this position is $142,203 - $203,147 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, a monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. These ranges may be modified in the future.
