We are seeking a driven and strategic Product Manager with 4–6 years of experience to lead the planning, development, launch, and continuous improvement of our products. This role requires a strong balance of customer-centric thinking, business acumen, and technical understanding. The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle—from ideation and roadmap planning to successful product launches and post-launch optimization—while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Road Mapping

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Translate business objectives and market insights into clear, actionable product roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine the roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and performance metrics.

Product Development & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, working closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Write clear and detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and execution efficiency.

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Own the complete product lifecycle from concept, launch, growth, maturity, to enhancements or sunset decisions.
  • Monitor product performance using key metrics such as adoption, engagement, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, feature enhancements, or new product initiatives based on data and insights.

Product Launch & Go-To-Market

  • Plan and execute successful product launches, including launch timelines, positioning, pricing, and internal enablement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure effective go-to-market execution.
  • Gather post-launch feedback and insights to drive continuous improvements and ensure product-market fit.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and results clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs in all product decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Product Management, preferably in a technology or product-led organization.
  • Strong experience in product launch planning, product road mapping, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex product development initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with B2B or B2C digital products.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools and customer feedback platforms.
  • Exposure to scaling products in fast-paced or startup environments.
