Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
• User Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and market opportunities through research, data analysis, and direct interaction.  
• Product Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is transparent, visible, and reflects the most valuable work to be done.  
• Story Definition: Translate user needs and business requirements into clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.  
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders at all levels, gathering feedback and managing expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
