About the Role:
*This is a 6 month contract role(1099) with hybrid onsite requirements in Plano, Texas.
Product Owner - Kiosk Experiences:
We are seeking a Product Owner to support one of our clients, an internationally recognized Quick Service Restaurant brand, to lead the strategy, discovery, and delivery of our kiosk experiences. In this role, you will define the vision, guide an empowered cross-functional team, and ensure we are solving real customer problems while delivering meaningful business outcomes.
Product Vision & Strategy:
Define and communicate a clear, compelling vision for kiosk productsTranslate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable objectivesContinuously refine priorities based on insights, data, and evolving customer needs
Customer-centered Discovery:
Lead discovery to identify real customer and operator problemsValidate solutions before development through testing and feedbackEngage directly with guests, owners, and restaurant teams to uncover insightsEnsure every initiative is grounded in customer value and business viability
Lead an empowered product team:
Foster trust, autonomy, and shared accountability across the teamPartner closely with engineering, design, operations, marketing, finance, and legalPromote open communication, rapid learning, and iterative delivery
Drive outcome-focused delivery:
Define and track success metrics and OKRs aligned to business goalsPrioritize effectively across quick wins and long-term strategic investmentsOwn the end-to-end delivery process to ensure high-quality, predictable releases
Champion Continuous Improvements:

What You'll Bring:
5 - 7 years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent roleDemonstrated success leading cross-functional teamsStrong background in product discovery and customer researchProven ability to define and execute roadmaps tied to measurable outcomesExperience making data-informed decisions and running experimentsExcellent communication and facilitation skillsA growth mindset, curiosity, and passion for solving customer problems
