Product Specialist
Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate and connect with customers over the phone, through text messaging, email & in person
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Amazing customer service skills
- Ability to guide guests through our unique Q sales process
- Build & maintain customer relationships
- Elead CRM experience
- Prior auto/retail sales experience preferred
- Ability to work as part of a new team
- Willingness to receive feedback and improve skill sets
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Display a high level of commitment to providing an amazing customer experience
- Complete classroom and on-going training
- Guide customers through the unique Q sales process
- Present vehicles & products in a fun, engaging way
- Close sales on vehicles and back end products
- Use Q specific software and systems to complete sales paperwork
- Continuously improve behaviors and results
