PRODUCTION QUALITY ENGINEER
The Production Quality Engineer controls the measures taken to improve quality in Production, in accordance with all Kostal rules and regulations.
Main activities and responsibilities:
- To create and update control plans and control cards;
- To prepare data and documentation for presentation in internal/external audits and visits;
- Ensures corrective action based on analysis of NOK parts or from internal/external complaints;
- Monitor CT and define corrective action;
- Monitor trend of internal PPM and defines corrective action for its decrease;
- To cooperate on clarifying the causes of defects and create actions to prevent occurrence of defects;
- Controls implementation and effectivity evaluation of corrective action;
- To evaluate SPC control cards and check introduced measures;
- Defines corrective actions for non-capable processes;
- To check and suggest update FMEA;
- To take immediate actions for ensuring quality (stopping production and products) and follow escalation matrix.
Qualifications
- Written and verbal communication in English, German will be as an advantage;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office;
- Management and organizational skills;
- Previous experience in similar position;
- Time flexibility
- Orientation in technical documentation – reading drawings etc.;
- Decision making ability and consistency.
