Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Production Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the complete production process, including material weighing, processing, compression, filling, blistering, and packaging.
• Lead and coordinate the work of production staff, ensuring adherence to GMP, GDP, and safety protocols.
• Prepare and clean production equipment according to established procedures prior to operations.
• Evaluate production conditions and promptly address any operational issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation in compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.

• 0-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing environments.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with an emphasis on teamwork.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
