Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and business‑savvy Program Manager with a strong MBA background to drive our Make vs Buy strategy and Asset Monetization initiatives across OSD manufacturing sites. This role requires close coordination with Site Heads, the central planning team, and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of strategic decisions related to product sourcing and capacity utilization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make vs Buy Program Management

  • Lead the end‑to‑end evaluation and execution of Make vs Buy decisions for product lines.
  • Work closely with Site Heads to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely transitions.
  • Partner with the relevant stakeholders and teams to validate cost structures, capacity availability, and supply chain implications.
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses to support strategic recommendations.

2. Asset Monetization & Contract Manufacturing

  • Drive the monetization of underutilized manufacturing assets by identifying and on boarding Contract Manufacturing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with capacity planning teams to determine available capacity and align it with external demand.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential contract manufacturing partners.
  • Support commercial negotiations by providing data‑driven insights on capacity, cost, and operational feasibility.

3. Cross‑Functional Program Leadership

  • Serve as the central coordination point between Site Heads, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and manufacturing Strategy Infra planning team.
  • Establish program governance, dashboards, and review mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Track KPIs, timelines, and deliverables across all sites and escalate risks proactively.
  • Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and on‑ground execution.

4. Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Build and maintain program trackers, dashboards, and executive‑level reports.
  • Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.

Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, structured manner.

Qualifications

  • Engineering background and preferred MBA from a reputed institution.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Program Management, Strategy, Operations, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing and Make vs Buy & Asset Monetization
  • Experience working with multi‑site operations or manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment with senior leadership visibility.
