We are looking for a Program Manager to bridge clients and internal teams, own the full lifecycle of customer-focused projects to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth by managing plans, timelines, communication, and cross-functional execution, acting as the customer's advocate to drive product adoption and resolve issues. Key duties involve program planning, risk mitigation, progress monitoring, analyzing customer data, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver value and meet business goals.

Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, understand needs, and provide timely updates.Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers through proactive communication and high-quality delivery.Program Execution:
Lead planning, coordinate resources, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of customer projects from start to finish.Cross-Functional Leadership:
Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to align on customer goals and optimize the customer journey.Data & Reporting:
Analyze customer usage, performance data, and feedback to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting insights to stakeholders.Process Improvement:
Drive operational improvements, manage change initiatives, and gather feedback for continuous enhancement of programs and customer experience.Risk & Issue Management:
Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to get the job done
3-5 years of relevant experience Experience in program/project management, customer success.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with project management tools E.g MS ProjectAbility to manage complex, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Experience in contract manufacturing, EMS, NPI environments, or prototype-to-production transitions.Background working with low- and mid-volume manufacturing programs with evolving requirements and rapid changes.Understanding of PCB fabrication, assembly processes (SMT/THT), BOM management, and electronics development workflows.
