The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of program management principles and be adept at stakeholder communication, resource management, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on large-scale projects across multiple domains.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are preferred.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams toward successful project outcomes.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with executive stakeholders and team members.
• Methodologies: Proven expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Risk Management: Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to manage program budgets and ensure financial accountability.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to formulate strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Tools: Proficiency in program management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as required to support program activities and stakeholder engagements.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
