Join our dynamic Tech PMO team as a Program Operations Specialist, who will play a pivotal part in managing the entire financial lifecycle of our technology engagements and directly influence the efficiency and accountability of our Tech PMO operations.

Get to Know the Role

This role will collaborate closely with technical teams, finance, legal professionals, and vendors to ensure smooth and compliant payment processes and procurement renewals. You will report directly to the Senior Principal Technology Strategist and work onsite at Grab HCMC, Vietnam office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Manage the complete lifecycle of technology-related invoices, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, budget constraints, and financial policies.
• Communicate with vendors and collaborate with the Accounts Payables team to resolve payment discrepancies, track invoice statuses, and make sure all invoices are paid within the specified terms.
• Manage the financial closure and payment processes for diverse technology portfolios, paying attention to detail and maintaining accuracy amid high transaction volumes.
• Manage a tracking system for technology subscriptions, licenses, and contracts, ensuring timely renewal.
• Facilitate the procurement of new technology services, ensuring compliance by coordinating budget approvals, security reviews, legal sign-offs, and stakeholder requirements.
• Oversee the exchange of information between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring thorough documentation and streamlined collaboration.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• At least 2 years of working experience in project coordination/consulting, financial operations, or procurement roles within a technology landscape.
• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end processing of invoices and managing vendor procurement.
• Proven ability to handle large volumes of transactions efficiently, and ensure accuracy in financial and administrative processes.
• Advanced spreadsheet use (Excel, Google Sheets) for tasks like data tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong English communications to interact professionally with vendors, technical teams, finance, and legal departments.
