THE TEAM AND ROLE

As a Project Controller (all genders), you ensure financial transparency, control, and predictability across our customer implementation projects. Working closely with Project Management, Sales, Finance, and external implementation partners, you provide decision-ready insights on budgets, costs, risks, and capacity needs. By combining strong project understanding with financial oversight, you help shape realistic project setups, prevent cost overruns, and enable sustainable project delivery.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take ownership of financial project steering, including budget planning, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting across internal teams and external implementation partners

  • Act as a central interface between Project Management, Finance, Sales, and external partners to support project scoping, pricing, capacity planning, and commercial decision-making

  • Monitor project risks, cost drivers, and deviations, with a particular focus on external services and partner contributions, and support mitigation measures

  • Create and maintain project KPIs and management reports to assess project effort, efficiency, and overall project performance

  • Defining measurable goals and KPIs to continuously assess progress, performance, and success for projects

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field

  • Relevant experience in project controlling, project management, or consulting within a project-based environment

  • Strong understanding of project cost structures, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

  • Strong analytical and abstraction skills with the ability to translate complex project setups into structured financial insights

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

  • Clear and confident communication skills

  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
