We do this by designing, building and managing mobile sites across the country for telecommunications providers (like Spark and 2degrees) to expand their coverage efficiently and sustainably. Our tower portfolio of 2,500 covers Cape Reinga to Bluff and is the largest in New Zealand.

As the Project Coordinator, you’ll help keep projects moving, coordinate between partners and internal teams, and make sure key information, schedules and data are accurate and up to date. We have two very exciting pieces of work in our Operations team with a focus on Asset Management; this is a hands-on coordination role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple internal and external relationships.

You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team, working closely with subject matter experts, vendors, and delivery partners to enable strategically important projects across Connexa’s operations.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and performing the scheduling, co-ordination and tracking of the end-to-end process, ensuring all stakeholders activities are delivered on time
  • Maintain accurate project data and documentation across multiple systems.
  • Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to support implementation, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and reporting to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare progress updates and ensure clear communication across teams.
  • Support continuous improvement and help embed new systems and processes into day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in project coordination, project administration, or asset management support.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail – you’re someone who loves a well-kept tracker.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep things moving across teams and suppliers.
  • Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, or basic financial tracking.
  • Great communication and relationship management skills.
  • Interest in digital systems, data, or infrastructure (bonus if you’ve used asset management tools before).
  • Experience of asset management, field service processes advantageous
  • Fantastic communication skills in all formats.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • A recognition and embrace of differences and diversity in the workplace.
  • A growth mindset and desire for continuous improvement.
