This is an excellent opportunity to join Delta Capita’s fast‑growing Consulting business, working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions.

We are looking for a Project Manager - Accounting Controls to work directly with clients to deliver the high‑quality consulting services Delta Capita (DC) is known for. You will bring solid financial services experience, strong problem‑solving skills, and expertise in project management, accounting controls, and change delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management

• Lead the Accounts Certification improvement project from design through rollout and transition to BAU

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, RAID logs, and management reporting.

• Engage with global account owners, controllers, and functional leads to identify in‑scope accounts and respective owners.

• Coordinate regional and functional teams to ensure consistent adoption of the defined approach.

• Define in-scope accounts, functions, regions, and certification owners.

• Coordinate and oversee rollout activities across multiple jurisdictions.

• Ensure local and global alignment on timelines, responsibilities, and standards.

Accounting Controls Subject Matter Expertise

• Provide expert input into the design of account certification processes, frameworks, and quality criteria.

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of account certification submissions

• Identify control gaps and help define improvement actions with stakeholders

Transition to BAU

• Establish ongoing governance, reporting, and monitoring mechanisms.

• Ensure a smooth transfer of responsibilities from project to permanent teams.

• Document processes, roles, and control frameworks to support BAU teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• ACCA or equivalent accounting qualification.

This is a fixed-term contract full-time position located in Dublin. Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the clients' offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients' policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 days and even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our client demands.
