We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead projects in new product development of hardware equipment. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure that business objectives, milestones, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and a structured approach to achieving complex project objectives in a fast-paced technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, resources, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and communication plans.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive design, development, and delivery milestones.

Risk, Scope & Budget Management

  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Control project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.

  • Manage scope changes through structured change control processes.

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare and present regular project updates, metrics, and reports to stakeholders.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other departments.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and motivate project teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Promote accountability, continuous improvement, and a culture of open communication and collaboration.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related discipline. Professional certifications on project management is a plus.

Experience

  • Around 8-12 years of experience in project management for hardware design or engineering projects.

  • Proven track record in project planning, scheduling, risk and issue management, budget control, and scope management.

  • Strong capability in cross-functional communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
