Our client is a leading construction and real estate development company delivering high-quality building projects across both public and private sectors. Their portfolio includes offices, residential complexes, industrial facilities, hospitals, hotels, schools, and leisure centers. As part of a larger multidisciplinary group, they combine local project execution with international standards of excellence.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Buildings to take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and delivery of building projects in Brussels. You will oversee all aspects of the project from contract management to financial control, ensuring projects meet quality, schedule, and budget objectives.

What You’ll Do

Manage contracts and legal aspects of projects with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

Oversee project financials, including budget monitoring, forecasting, and monthly reporting

Coordinate project planning, including overall, detailed, and procurement schedules

Act as the company’s main representative during site meetings and with third parties

Ensure alignment between site teams’ execution and contractual / financial requirements

Maintain responsibility for project performance until final handover

Collaborate closely with Site Superintendents and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar project management role within buildings

Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus on quality and deadlines

Excellent communication skills in French; Dutch and English are an advantage

Hands-on approach with proactive problem-solving
