Key Responsibilities

Oversee, coordinate, and guide end-to-end integrations and migration efforts toward ARC XP, leveraging prior hands-on experience with the platform.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment on requirements, and timely delivery.
Use Jira (or similar tools) to manage sprint tracking, backlog prioritization, reporting, and overall project visibility.
Ensure project execution adheres to timelines, scope, and quality standards while proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
Foster a collaborative environment across cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and implementation of ARC XP capabilities.

Must-have Skills

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading technology, digital transformation, or large-scale implementation projects.
Demonstrated expertise in ARC XP, specifically having managed, coordinated, or actively contributed to migration processes toward the platform.
Strong understanding of ARC XP’s functional components and integration points, including APIs, PageBuilder, Content APIs, and related tools.
Hands-on experience working with Jira or equivalent project management systems for tracking deliverables and managing workflows.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to lead in fast-paced environments.s.

Nice-to-have:

- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and architecture teams in content management or digital publishing ecosystems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms or related digital content technologies supporting ARC XP environments.
