About Our Client

This role supports ecommerce brands through ongoing execution across Shopify, retention initiatives, and lifecycle programs. The focus is on consistent progress, clear prioritization, and dependable delivery within long-term client engagements.

We’re looking for someone experienced in managing active ecommerce accounts in an agency setting, who is comfortable balancing multiple priorities, coordinating teams, and maintaining momentum over time. This position is not centered on short-term projects, but on continuous collaboration and execution.

This is a remote, full-time opportunity.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Oversee day-to-day execution across multiple ecommerce client accounts using Shopify and Klaviyo
  • Own prioritization and delivery, ensuring work aligns with agreed goals and timelines
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong working relationships
  • Lead recurring client calls, setting agendas and translating discussions into clear actions
  • Share regular written updates outlining progress, risks, wins, and upcoming priorities
  • Maintain ongoing plans and roadmaps to guide work over time
  • Track delivery progress and performance using shared dashboards or reporting tools
  • Coordinate internal contributors across strategy, marketing, design, development, and QA
  • Run internal alignment meetings to keep teams focused and organized
  • Identify potential delivery, scope, or resourcing issues early and address them proactively
  • Track time, budgets, and capacity using tools such as Harvest
  • Ensure work is reviewed and delivered with quality and clarity
  • Keep documentation and notes organized to support continuity

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a project management role within a digital agency
  • Direct experience managing ongoing client retainers, not only fixed-scope projects
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo, and how they’re used in ecommerce environments
  • Confidence leading client conversations and managing expectations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
  • Experience tracking hours, budgets, and resourcing responsibly
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach to delivery and problem solving
