Project Manager (French Speaking)

We are on the lookout for a talented Project Manager to spearhead and implement F5 Professional Services projects for a diverse range of french enterprise and government clients. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of coordinating the delivery of intricate technical initiatives, ensuring they are completed on schedule, meet quality standards, and delight our customers.

You will collaborate closely with F5 consultants, architects, internal teams, and client project groups. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English and possess a proven track record in managing projects focused on technology, networking, or security.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Professional Services projects covering F5 technologies (including BIG-IP, NGINX, WAF, DDoS, Zero Trust, and modern app security platforms).
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive project governance, ensuring scope, timelines, and milestones are met.
• Track, communicate, and manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure technical teams are aligned, prepared, and delivering to agreed standards.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer project teams.
• Build strong relationships and manage customer expectations throughout delivery.
• Facilitate technical workshops, status reviews, and steering meetings.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both French and English across all levels.

Commercial & Financial Management

• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, time tracking, and billing milestones.
• Ensure change control processes are followed and properly documented.
• Provide regular financial and progress reporting to internal leadership.

Process & Quality Assurance

• Ensure projects follow F5 delivery methodologies, PMO best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and standardisation of delivery processes.
• Capture lessons learned and feed improvements back into the organisation.

Required Experience & Skills

Experience

• 5+ years’ experience managing technical or IT infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience delivering Professional Services or consulting engagements (preferred).
• Familiarity with networking, security, cloud, or application delivery technologies.
• Experience working with customers in France, North Africa, or multinational organisations (advantage).

Skills

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in French and English.
• Strong project governance and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements.
• Solid command of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
• Ability to work across global and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Project Management certifications preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
• Any F5 or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
