Requirements

- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager;
- Knowledge of SDLC and understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Confident with task trackers and documentation tools;

📋 Your daily adventures:
- Plan and coordinate the work of multiple teams from different departments to ensure smooth operational delivery;
- Organize and facilitate meetings, maintain project documentation, and manage task tracking to ensure all deadlines are met;
- Manage diverse operational tasks, resolving incoming challenges "on the fly" and focusing on logical problem-solving;
- Drive the full project lifecycle — from kickoff to release — coordinating both internal resources and involved outsource teams;
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide full transparency on project progress and alignment across teams;
- Focus on operational efficiency, applying management methodologies and logic to improve cross-departmental workflows.
