WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for a Project Manager to support fast-paced digital work across creative production and web development. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone with proven experience managing day-to-day coordination in fast-paced environments, while working closely with senior creative and engineering leads. You bring structure to SOWs and timelines, communicate with clarity, and keep work moving smoothly across teams. Strong data awareness, BI fluency, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage the day-to-day execution of digital projects across creative production and web development
- Support senior leads by tracking progress, maintaining timelines, and keeping project plans up to date
- Coordinate with design, development, QA, and content teams to align deliverables and remove bottlenecks
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and share timely updates
- Prepare documentation, status reports, and meeting notes that keep everyone aligned
- Monitor quality across deliverables and ensure each handoff meets expectations
- Flag risks early and help maintain delivery momentum across multiple workstreams
- Contribute to team-wide improvements in reporting, tracking, and workflow efficiency
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 4+ years of experience managing digital projects or production workflows, ideally within a digital agency, SaaS, or ITES environment
- Exposure to both creative production (banners, motion, video) and web development (UI/UX, front-end, back-end)
- Practical understanding of Agile and Scrum, with hands-on experience using tools like Jira, Wrike, or Trello
- Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions and manage client expectations
- A solid grasp of delivery timelines, task prioritization, SLAs, KPIs, and production workflows in fast-paced environments
- Comfort working with data and tools like Power BI to support project reporting and insights
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel to manage schedules, reporting, and internal communication
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to follow through and solve problems independently
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- This is an onsite role, and candidates should be comfortable working across different shifts as needed
It would be of an advantage for the candidate to have experience of working/ communicating with international clients/stakeholders directly and they must have full fluency in English.
