Project Management Office is looking for a Project Manager in the Buenos Aires (preferably) or Córdoba regions in Argentina.

Our client is one of the most famous financial services and management consulting companies in the USA that provides various risk management solutions, such as commercial risk, investment, wealth, health, and reinsurance products.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 5-6 years of IT project management experienceProven track record managing mid-to-large teams Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologiesHands-on experience with Fixed Price project trackingSolid understanding of IT systems and project life cyclesProven understanding of project financial aspects - profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and resources utilizationExcellent command of English
RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct and manage project development from project initiation to closure within budget, schedule and resource limitsNegotiate, define, communicate and manage the scope of the projectDevelop, maintain and effectively execute project plan throughout the project life. Ensure timely revision of project plan to meet changing needs and requirementsPlan and schedule project timelines and milestones, review deliverables and milestones prepared by the team.Forecast, track and manage project budgets, and ensure timely invoicingDefine, communicate, implement and monitor quality standards on all project deliverablesManage day-to-day operational aspects of the projectPlan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverablesIdentify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risksServe as liaison between company and client for overall project and support activities. Develop lasting relationships with client’s representatives that foster trust and goodwillIdentify project resources necessary and partner with other company managers to acquire resourcesAct as a mentor to Project Coordinators and other team members; inspire collaboration and teamworkAssists in the ongoing development of the Project Management Office. Recommend improvements to project management policies/procedures where neededAssist the PMO with performing project team assessments and evaluations
