In This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving program and project execution for large-scale, enterprise web and operational initiatives. You will serve as a key coordinator across cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring work is planned, tracked, and delivered with high quality, efficiency, and cost awareness. The role emphasizes operational rigor, process improvement, and delivery governance, with a strong focus on production processes, quality control, and cost optimization to support scalable outcomes.
This is a non-engineering, operations-driven role suited for professionals who thrive in structured environments and are experienced in managing repeatable delivery processes, artifacts, and stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage programs and projects from initiation through delivery
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and delivery artifacts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, quality, and cost
- Track and report on program health, including progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans
- Apply strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management to improve delivery efficiency
- Analyze resource needs, operational constraints, and feasibility to support decision-making
- Drive process improvement initiatives to increase consistency, throughput, and operational effectiveness
- Prepare and present status updates, reports, and findings to stakeholders and leadership
- Support contract reviews, cost estimates, and delivery recommendations where applicable
Qualifications
- Proven experience in program management or project management within a large, structured enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and cost optimization techniques
- Experience managing operational workflows, delivery governance, and execution artifacts
- Demonstrated ability to analyze processes, resources, and operational feasibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present clearly to stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently
- Proficiency with common productivity and project tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, production operations, or distribution environments
- Background in process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement)
- Experience working with enterprise-scale web or digital operations
- Familiarity with cost tracking, budgeting, and operational metrics
- Project or program management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI, or equivalent)
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $100,000 to $120,000 USD/Year. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
