As a MSXi Learning Solutions Part-Time Project Manager you will provide detailed project management of eLearning, instructor-led training, and software development projects. This role includes working very closely with clients as well as internal resources, including other project and account managers, instructional designers, software developers, business analysts and the eLearning production team. You will interface with PTS and client management on a daily basis.
What Your Day-to- Day Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding your client’s business
- Defining and documenting client requirements
- Developing proposals
- Creating project timelines and budgets
- Completing all project documentation and reporting
- Conducting client status meetings and calls
- Managing all resources to deliver your project on time and within budget
- Growing your assigned accounts organically through the exceeding of client expectations and building of strong client relationships
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of client-facing, project management experience
- Dedication to client service and satisfaction
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Experience identifying client requirements and developing proposals
- Track record of managing project resources to budget, and delivering within deadlines
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Extraordinary attention to detail
- Coordination of developers and production resources in delivering projects
- Ability to learn new technologies and applications quickly
- Strong MS Office experience (Word, PPT, Project, Excel) to manage tasks and develop client communications
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Experience in software project management
- Experience in curriculum development and eLearning
- University degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate may not have been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At MSXI, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50 to $75 per hour based on current experience
