Accountabilities

Lead and direct all mining and construction operations

Mentor the team of national management and employees

Collaborate closely with clients to align operational goals and address concerns promptly

Maintain clear communication with internal teams, senior management, and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with project quality expectations and QA/QC processes

Manage operations and productivity KPIs to meet/exceed project deliverables

Participate in continuous improvement programs to enhance production efficiency

Understand and align contractual obligations with operational activities

Ensure the health and safety of all employees in operational areas

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Mine Engineering

Minimum 10 years’ experience in a mining environment

At least 5 years' experience in mine management

Strong leadership and mentorship abilities

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement

Analytical skills for data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations in mining
